My name is Brandon and my wife's name is Kristen, and together we own Northern Colorado Pest and Wildlife Control. We are both Colorado natives and understand the pest control challenges within the area. I have been in the industry for 13 years doing both pest control and wildlife management services. I received my bachelors degree in 2005 from Colorado State University in Wildlife Biology. I then went back and pursued my masters degree in 2017 from Colorado State University in Entomology. Kristen has 7 years of experience in customer care and takes care of everything behind scenes.
Many times we get asked what separates us from our competitors. First, we believe a lot in education and we share our knowledge with our customers. Letting them know why they have a pest control concern and what they can do in the future to minimize the chances of the problem repeating itself. Second, we practice Integrated Pest Management (IPM), which is a broad-based approach to pest control where pesticides are used as one of many tools, not the only exclusive tool. The approach focuses a lot on exclusion, habitat modification, and education to eliminate the pest problem. The last thing that separates us from our competitors is that we do not make our customers setup contacts. We don't believe in locking in our customers if we aren't providing the results they deserve. Our goal is to earn your business and trust each and every time we provide a service for you. From one-time customers to monthly customers, it is important that we communicate and provide the best quality service. If at anytime you believe we could have done better please let us know. It allows us to get better and your feedback is very valuable.
The foundation of our company is our customers and our employees. We believe strongly in taking care of our employees, in turn they will take care of our customers and ultimately that will lead us to success. We cherish time with family and our employees and customers are an extension of our family and they will be treated as such. A common question we get asked is if the insecticides we use are safe for people and pets and the answer is yes. The insecticides we have carefully chosen do not have any odor, they do not stain and they are the least invasive ones on the market that are still effective at solving the pest problem. All of the insecticides we use are labeled for usage in schools, nurseries, daycare centers, hospitals, nursing homes and homes. One the insecticides are dry they are completely safe and the service technician will guide you through the treatment process.
We are a local and family owned business that prides itself on solving the pest problems, not just throwing a band-aide on them, so you have to call us again. We can provide anything from a one-time service to an on-going preventative service. Unlike our competitors we don't lock you into contracts that are unfair.
